    Chanel's digital storefront, across three products: the boutique web app, the e-commerce web app, and the experiential site.

    • Owned the cart-to-order-confirmation journey — cart, checkout, payment capture and the confirmation that follows it.
    • Designed and implemented the gift-card architecture — a new tender type, end to end.
    • Migrated all transactional mail from Mailjet to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, cutting a paid vendor out of the stack.
    • Integrated the MakeupAR SDK into the experiential site, so customers could try a product on before buying it.
    • Upgraded the CI/CD pipelines behind the integration environments and the EMEA, APAC and EU clusters.
    • Led the front-end work on the L3 team behind the live storefront.
